Rachel is a qualified, professional Counsellor and member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). She is passionate about helping her clients develop effective solutions to overcome life’s challenges through encouraging healthy and positive relationships, self-care, stability and balance.

Rachel strongly believes that your mental health is just as important as your physical health and prevention is always better than cure.

During this time Rachel has successfully coached, mentored and counselled colleagues and peers when navigating work, health and home pressures - supporting their growth and self-confidence, and helping individuals to develop their own unique strengths and coping strategies to succeed.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and raising her two children to be strong, resilient and independent. She volunteers her time supporting the community during times of crisis and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Rachel’s background and rich life experience coupled with her friendly, calming and empathetic nature, enables her to support her clients to unlock their true potential to lead happier, more joyful and more fulfilling lives.
